Privacy Policy
About this Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how Retrig Media (“Retrig Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data. It covers two different groups of people, and it is organised accordingly:
- Part A — Website visitors. Applies to anyone who simply visits retrigmedia.com. You do not need an account, and you are not an affiliate.
- Part B — Registered affiliates. Applies additionally once you apply for or hold an account on the Retrig Media affiliate platform (the “Platform”).
Part C sets out the matters that apply to both groups. If you hold an account, Parts A, B and C all apply to you.
For data protection enquiries, contact us at: sales@retrigmedia.com
Who We Are
Retrig Media provides technology and operational infrastructure for affiliate marketing programmes, and operates the Retrig Media affiliate network platform (the “Platform”) and this website (the “Website”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.
Part A — Website Visitors
What we collect when you visit
Visiting the public pages of the Website requires no account and no registration. We collect only what is necessary to serve and protect the Website:
- Server access logs: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, HTTP status, referring URL, and browser and operating-system information supplied by your browser.
- Information you choose to send us: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Anonymous browsing of the public Website does not set cookies. Cookies and similar technologies are used only for specific functions — signing in, session security, and affiliate link attribution — as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not deploy third-party analytics, advertising or profiling cookies on the Website.

In summary: anonymous browsing of the public Website sets no cookies; strictly necessary cookies are used for authentication and session security once you sign in; attribution identifiers are used only in connection with affiliate tracking links; and we do not deploy third-party analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
