About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Retrig Media (“Retrig Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the Retrig Media platform, including all associated tools, dashboards, APIs, tracking infrastructure, messaging features, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering an account, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Part A — General Terms

1. Platform Role — Retrig Media as Intermediary

Retrig Media is a technology platform and intermediary. We facilitate the introduction and management of business relationships between Affiliates and Operators. We are not a party to any Deal between an Affiliate and an Operator and are not responsible for the fulfilment, performance, or breach of any such Deal by either party.

Retrig Media does not guarantee the financial stability, solvency, regulatory compliance, or continued operation of any Operator listed on the Platform. Operators are independent third parties.

Retrig Media’s payment to Affiliates is strictly conditional upon receipt of Cleared Funds from the relevant Operator. We are not liable for payment delays, insolvency, or default by any Operator.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship is created by these Terms or by use of the Platform between Retrig Media and any User, or between an Affiliate and an Operator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Platform. You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction; that you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited; and that your use of the Platform will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Platform is intended for business-to-business use only.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Multi-account prohibition. Each individual or entity may hold only one registered account. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Engage in any form of fraud, traffic manipulation, or artificial conversion generation
  • Use incentivised traffic, clickbots, or automated traffic generation tools
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
  • Bid on any Operator’s branded keywords or trademarks without express written authorisation
  • Misuse any Operator’s or Retrig Media’s brand assets, logos, or trademarks
  • Self-refer — register yourself, associates, or family members as players under your own Tracking Links
  • Target or market to individuals under 18 years of age
  • Promote Operators in jurisdictions where such promotion is prohibited
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any AML-triggering activity
  • Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s infrastructure, APIs, or postback systems
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated software, databases, design, algorithms, and Retrig Media intellectual property are owned exclusively by Retrig Media. No licence is granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms. Retrig Media trademarks and logos may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Any confidential information received through the Platform — including deal terms, commission rates, player volumes, and business strategies — must be kept strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party. This obligation survives termination of your account.

7. Platform Availability and Tracking

Retrig Media operates the Platform on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tracking is best effort — discrepancies may occur due to ad blockers, network latency, or other technical factors. Retrig Media’s own tracking records shall be treated as authoritative in any dispute, unless a material error is demonstrated by clear evidence. Retrig Media accepts no liability for lost commissions attributable to tracking discrepancies.

8. Suspension, Investigation, and Termination

Retrig Media may suspend or terminate your account at any time, in its sole discretion, including where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, a compliance review is ongoing, or you breach these Terms. During any investigation, Retrig Media may freeze access to your account and withhold pending payouts. Retrig Media reserves the right to reverse commissions found to relate to fraudulent or prohibited activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Retrig Media’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 500, whichever is lower. Retrig Media shall not be liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, damages arising from Operator insolvency or default, or tracking failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retrig Media, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your marketing activities.

11. Force Majeure

Retrig Media shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, regulatory action, or cyberattack.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Retrig Media regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to its subject matter. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business or assets. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The relationship between you and us is that of independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of that or any other right or provision.

Part B — Affiliate Terms

13. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates must ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable advertising standards, data protection laws, and gambling advertising regulations in each jurisdiction they target. Affiliates must hold all licences required to promote gambling products and must only target adults aged 18 or over. Affiliates are solely responsible for all content published on their traffic sources.

14. Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated in accordance with the Deal terms agreed between you and the Operator. CommissionStructures may include CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), RevShare (Revenue Share), or Hybrid arrangements. RevShare rates may be modified by the Operator at any time per the applicable Deal terms. All Commissions are subject to Operator validation. Operators retain final validation rights over all FTDs and conversions. Commissions are subject to the Payment Policy.

15. Traffic Quality and Fraud

Only genuine, compliant traffic is permitted. The following are absolutely prohibited: bot traffic, click fraud, incentivised traffic without Operator approval, self-deposits, fake leads, and synthetic player accounts. Fraudulent traffic will result in Commission reversal, account suspension, and possible permanent termination.

16. Negative Carry and Clawbacks

RevShare deals may generate negative carry in periods where net gaming revenue is negative. Negative balances may be carried forward and offset against future Commission periods. Retrig Media may reverse Commissions already paid where the underlying Conversions are found to be fraudulent, disputed, or erroneous.

17. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and discharging all tax obligations arising from Commissions received. Retrig Media does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf except where required by law.

Part C — Operator Terms

18. Operator Obligations

Operators must hold all gaming licences and regulatory approvals required to legally operate in their target jurisdictions. Operators must provide timely, accurate, and complete reporting of all player activity and revenue data required for Commission calculation, and must honour all validated Deal terms in good faith.

19. Traffic Rejection and Player Validation

Operators retain the right to reject or invalidate traffic and Conversions on reasonable compliance, fraud, or quality grounds. Operators must document and communicate traffic rejections to Retrig Media in a timely and transparent manner.

20. Operator Payment Obligations

Operators must pay all invoices issued by Retrig Media in full, on time, and per agreed payment terms. Operators acknowledge that Retrig Media’s obligation to pay Affiliates is directly contingent on receipt of cleared funds from the Operator. Operators bear full responsibility for any loss suffered by Affiliates as a result of Operator non-payment.

Part D — Payment Policy

This Part sets out the payment terms applicable to Commissions earned under these Terms. Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them elsewhere in these Terms.

21. The Conditional Payment Principle

Retrig Media pays Affiliates only after receiving Cleared Funds from the relevant Operator.

This is a fundamental, non-negotiable condition of the payment structure. Retrig Media acts as a payment conduit between Operators and Affiliates. We do not advance, guarantee, or underwrite Commission payments. If an Operator fails to pay, pays late, or disputes an invoice, Affiliate payments for the affected period will be deferred until the matter is resolved.

Retrig Media is not liable for:

  • Operator insolvency or financial failure
  • Operator-delayed, withheld, or disputed payments
  • Funds frozen by payment processors, banks, or regulatory bodies
  • Chargebacks, reversals, or clawbacks initiated by Operators or their payment partners
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate Operator reporting

Retrig Media will make reasonable efforts to communicate known payment delays to affected Affiliates promptly. However, we cannot guarantee advance notice of Operator payment failures.

22. Payment Schedule

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis following the close of each performance period. All payment dates shown in the dashboard or communicated by Retrig Media are estimates only, not guarantees.

Standard payment timeline:

  • Commission period close: end of calendar month
  • Operator invoice issued: within 7 days of period close
  • Operator payment due: as agreed in the Operator contract
  • Affiliate payment processed: within a reasonable period after receipt of Cleared Funds from the Operator

Retrig Media reserves the right to adjust payment schedules with reasonable notice.

23. Minimum Payment Threshold

Affiliates must reach a minimum balance of EUR 100 (or currency equivalent) before a payout will be processed. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following payment period. Retrig Media may adjust minimum thresholds and will provide advance notice of any changes.

24. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are listed in the Affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current payment details. Retrig Media accepts no responsibility for payments sent to incorrect or outdated banking or wallet information provided by the Affiliate. Transaction fees and currency conversion charges may be deducted from payments where applicable.

25. Operator Validation and Commission Approval

All Commissions are subject to Operator validation of the underlying player activity and revenue data.

Operators retain final and exclusive rights to:

  • Validate or reject FTDs and Conversions
  • Flag player accounts for fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns
  • Adjust revenue figures for chargebacks, reversed transactions, or voided bonuses
  • Apply negative carry in RevShare arrangements

Retrig Media will not override an Operator’s validation decision unless a clear and material error in the Operator’s reporting can be demonstrated by independent evidence. Dashboard balances reflect tracked data and are not confirmation of final Commission approval.

26. Fraud, Invalid Traffic, and Commission Reversal

Commissions attributable to fraudulent, prohibited, or invalid traffic will be reversed. This includes, without limitation:

  • Bot traffic or click fraud
  • Self-referrals or self-deposits
  • Incentivised traffic not approved by the Operator
  • Fake registrations or synthetic player accounts
  • Traffic originating from prohibited GEOs
  • Test traffic or internal/staff deposits

Commission reversals may occur after the relevant Commission period has closed, including after provisional amounts have been displayed in your dashboard. Where reversed Commissions create a negative balance, Retrig Media may offset this against future earnings or invoice you for the amount owed.

27. RevShare — Specific Terms

RevShare Commissions are calculated based on net gaming revenue reported by the Operator. Net gaming revenue typically means gross stakes minus player winnings, bonuses, taxes, and regulatory levies — as defined in the applicable Deal terms.

Negative carry applies by default. In any period where net gaming revenue attributable to your referred players is negative, the negative amount will be carried forward to subsequent periods. Carried-forward negative balances must be recovered before any further RevShare Commission is payable. Cross-brand netting of negative carry does not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

RevShare rates are not fixed and may change per Deal terms. Retrig Media is not responsible for RevShare rate reductions implemented by Operators.

28. Tracking Discrepancies

Minor discrepancies between Affiliate tracking data and Operator-reported data are normal due to the technical nature of web tracking. Retrig Media’s own tracking records shall be treated as the primary reference for Commission calculation. Retrig Media accepts no liability for Commission loss attributable to tracking discrepancies caused by ad blockers, browser privacy restrictions, incorrect postback integration, or network infrastructure issues.

29. Payment Holds and Compliance Reviews

Retrig Media may hold all or part of an Affiliate’s pending balance where:

  • A fraud or compliance review is ongoing
  • An Operator has raised a traffic quality dispute
  • The Affiliate’s account is under suspension
  • Required KYC documentation has not been provided
  • We have received a legal or regulatory instruction to freeze funds

Payment holds will be lifted as soon as the relevant matter is resolved. Retrig Media will provide written notification of any payment hold and its reason, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

30. KYC Requirements

Retrig Media reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Affiliate before processing any payment. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may result in payment suspension and ultimately account termination. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, company registration documents, tax identification numbers, and bank account verification.

Part E — Responsible Gambling

This Part sets out the responsible gambling requirements applicable to all activity conducted through the Platform in the iGaming vertical.

31. Our Role

Retrig Media is a B2B affiliate network platform that connects marketing affiliates with licensed gambling and gaming operators. We do not operate gambling products directly and do not accept or process bets, wagers, or player deposits.

32. Our Commitment

Retrig Media is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices across all activity conducted through our Platform. We take seriously the potential impact of gambling advertising on individuals and society, and we require all participants on our Platform to uphold the highest standards in this area.

33. Affiliate Requirements

All Affiliates using the Platform to promote gambling or gaming brands are required to:

  • Comply with responsible gambling advertising standards applicable in each jurisdiction they target
  • Include responsible gambling messaging in promotional content where required by law or Operator policy
  • Never target individuals under the age of 18 (or the applicable local minimum age) in any marketing activity
  • Never specifically target individuals who have self-excluded from gambling services
  • Never target or exploit individuals who display signs of problem gambling
  • Include links to recognised responsible gambling organisations in promotional content where required
  • Comply with all applicable advertising codes and regulatory guidelines in their operating jurisdictions

34. Operator Requirements

All Operators listed on the Platform are independently responsible for implementing responsible gambling tools in accordance with applicable licensing conditions, including deposit limits, self-exclusion mechanisms, reality checks, and player protection features.

Retrig Media reserves the right to remove any Operator from the Platform that fails to demonstrate adequate responsible gambling standards.

35. Age Verification

All users of the Retrig Media Platform must be at least 18 years of age. Affiliates must not promote gambling brands to individuals under 18 years of age (or the higher minimum legal age in the relevant jurisdiction). No exceptions apply.

Part F — Privacy Policy

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect during registration and platform use, how that data is processed and retained, your rights as a data subject, and our obligations as a data controller.

General Provisions

These Terms — including the payment terms in Part D and the responsible gambling terms in Part E — together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Retrig Media. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Retrig Media may assign these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer. Legal notices to Retrig Media must be sent to sales@retrigmedia.com.

Last updated: 2026-08-09. The Payment Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, previously separate documents, were consolidated into Parts D and E of these Terms on this date. Their terms are unchanged.
